**Returns & Refunds Policy**

All sales of custom handmade wool pet replicas are final. Due to the custom-made nature of each item (created from your pet’s unique photos), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed and production has started.

Please carefully review your order details, photos, and size selection before confirming your purchase. We provide photo previews during production to ensure accuracy before shipping.

If you receive a damaged item or there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will review your case and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion, excluding return shipping costs.

No returns or refunds will be granted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor aesthetic differences that are inherent to handmade products.
