Welcome to our store. All custom handmade wool pet replicas are made-to-order from your pet’s photos. 

- **Order Customization**: You confirm that you have the right to use the photos provided for customization. We will not use your photos for any other purpose.
- **Production Time**: The production and delivery timeline is approximately 2–3 months from the date of order confirmation, depending on order volume and complexity.
- **Production & Preview**: We will send production preview photos for your confirmation before shipping. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made.
- **Final Sale**: All custom orders are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once production has started, except for cases of product damage or quality issues reported within 7 days of delivery.
- **Shipping & Delivery**: Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
- **Intellectual Property**: All designs are original and handmade. We retain no rights to your pet’s likeness; the product is for personal use only.
