All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. We cover all customs duties, taxes, and fees until delivery to your specified address.

- **Production Time**: 6–8 weeks
- **Shipping & Delivery**: Total lead time is approximately 2–3 months from order confirmation.
- **DDP Service**: All customs clearance costs, duties, taxes, and fees are included in your order total.
- **Tracking**: We will send you a tracking number once your order ships for you to monitor delivery status.
- **Delivery Issues**: If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue with the logistics carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
- **Address Accuracy**: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
